Cathedral which has the tallest spire in England at 122

first example of English law. Saturday is also market day
and there is ample time to check out the stalls in the old
town square. Later, we drive on to Bristol and check into
our centrally located hotel. Tonight, party the night away
in the newly renovated quayside area.
Day 2 Bristol - London
After breakfast we take a short
drive to historic Clifton Bridge, designed by Isambard
Brunel and spanning the River Avon at a height of 245 feet.
Then it’s onto Bath where you have a choice: visit the
original Roman Bath Museum and Pump Room, take an open top
bus tour, see the Royal Crescent, the Jane Austen Museum or
simply explore the cobbled shopping streets. In the
afternoon we drive on to the quaint medieval village of
Castle Coombe in the southern Cotswolds region. Wander the
streets with their thatched roofs and tiny doorways or how
about a pint in a 500 year old pub? Afterwards, we head back
to London aiming to arrive at around 7pm.
