If you are in London you can also come to our office and book in person. Travel & Treats Shop is usually open from 9am -9pm 7 days a week. Our address is :

Reservations for day trips on Saturdays and Sundays are guaranteed until the end of the office hours on the Wednesday before departure (and on Thursday/Friday subject to availability at the time of booking.

In order to comply with Coach Council recommendations, all our excursions will begin no later than 15 minutes after the advertised departure time. Ticket holders arriving after such a time may miss their trip and will not be entitled to any refund.

Make sure you arrive at the meeting point on time .Travel & Treats is not responsible for any of our clients missing or canceling a tour because of...

* invalid passports or visas ( for tours to the Continent )
* friends or relatives visiting
* the reliability of public transport
* illness
* broken alarm clocks
* pressure of college or employment commitments
* hangovers

* or indeed anything that we do not have direct control over (and that includes the weather).

For some excursions, make sure that your travel insurance is up-to-date. We will be happy to arrange some for you if not.

In the event of any of our suppliers canceling, Travel & Treats and our clients are subject to their terms and conditions. Please make sure you receive copy with your booking confirmation.
